Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect
Hello,
I cannot use my box account to upload files. I always get the message that my storage usage in my account is used (11.9 GB). I didn't upload any files and there is also no file in my storage. I already checked the related article Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect but there is no point that helps me to solve the problem. What else can I try?
