    If you are looking to export a report of all the files and folders in your Box Account, you may run a "Folders and Files" report.

    This report lists all the content in your Box account, and a global folder picker, enabling admin's to select folders from their user's accounts, is available for Business Plus and higher accounts.

    If we upgrade to the Business pro plan, will the reports be retroactive in time? I mean, if I sign up today, can I still look for the access reports from the time of file creation?
