Change SSO from OKTA TO AZURE
AnsweredI want to change my SSO from Okta to Azure not able to find how i can raise a ticket or contact support for the same. I checked for support docs it said this "Schedule a time with your Product Support agent to perform the switchover." but i couldn't find how to do it.

You will need to fill out and use the Box SSO Setup Support Form to have Box help you set up in changing your SSO provider and schedule with our Product Support agent the switchover. Box's recommendation is to do the switch at the end of the day or any other time when users are less likely to be logging in.
