You do not have enough space to move the item
We have a business account only with 300Gb used. However, on specific folders, we are not being allowed to move files to there or even upload. It says we do not have enough space.
Anyone can help?

If you are having issue uploading or moving files to a specific folder, first you need to know if the folder is owned your organization or an external user.
If the folder owner if a managed user of your organization, your Box admin would need to increase that user's storage quota for you and the rest of your collaborators to be able to upload into that folder.
If the folder owner is an external user, you have to let them know that you are unable to further upload in their folder so that they can contact their admin and request that their Box storage be increased or delete contents from their account to free up some spaces.
