cannot upgrade to Box Business
Hi,I am Japanese.
When I upgrade my account from Indivisual to Box Business, I get the following error and cannot upgrade.
There was an error processing your request.
We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.
