How do find all of the folders someone had access to that has previously left the company
I have a request to find every folder a previous employee had access to in Box. this account has been suspended. How would I run this report. and also what is the easiest way to give the new hire access to these previous employees folders instead of going one by one

If the previous employees Box account is still on your managed user's list, you may run a Folders and Files report which lists all the content in one's Box account. Regarding giving access or inviting new users in bulk to folders, unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked about. At this time, you need to manually invite them into your users' folders.
If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
