    I have the same request. I just signed up, tried, and decided I want to cancel my trial before it becomes a subscription. Can you create a cancellation ticket for me as well? Thank you.

     P.S. What the Cancellation team really should do, for integrity, is put a direct link in Account Profile to enable users to cancel and manage their subscriptions themselves.

    I need to cancel my account as well. How do I do this. You guys seem to have made it impossible and then charge $600? I CANNOT AFFORD THIS!!! I need that transaction reversed ASAP!!!!
