can´t mark User
unfortunately we cannot mark a user in the android app. both (external)users have access to the file. Once they do that via a browser it works, but not in the app. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi France,
of course, if you have opened a file you can comment it and with a @ mark other users, they will be notified by mail. As soon as you type @ and the first letter, the names that have access to this file should appear, but ONLY the owner appears here, but not all the employees that have access to this file.
In this video you can see that good:

Hi Dietrich,
Thanks for the clarification.
To confirm, is the person you are @-mentioning already a collaborator in the folder or file?
It was mentioned in this article that when @-mentioning, the person to whom you are directing the message must already be a collaborator in the folder.
If the user is already a collaborator but still this feature don't function as expected, can you please submit a new ticket with our Support team so they can further investigate? You may submit a ticket and reach out to our tech support by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page.
Thanks for sharing this and for your participation in the forum!
