Collaboration report does not show all folders on the same level, does not show all levels
We are running a collaborator report to get collaborator info for folders and files.
How many levels deep does it go? Looks like for some folders it goes 4 levels even it there are more levels down for other folders 7+ levels. What is logic behind this?
Also for some folders it shows all subfolders on the same level with members etc. for other folders only one subfolder even if there are few more on the same level. Same questions – what is logic /rules?
We trying to recreate Collaboration report to be able to run it on schedule but getting different results because of issues explained above

Hi Irin,
Welcome to the Box Community!
Have you checked out this support article on Understanding Folder Permissions? This may be relevant to your problem with the next steps! -
Hi, I understand - permission levels on Box follow a "waterfall" design in which individuals only have access to the folder they are invited into and any subfolders beneath it. Box built- in Collaboration report was ran by admin – I assume it should go all levels deep and show all available folders on all levels – is it right? But it does not
When I run similar report from our custom app ( as admin) I am getting full dataset, much more that original built-in report. I would like to figure out difference in login.
