BOX online real-time edit won't save changes
We are editing one of our excel files in BOX in real-time 2-4 people parallel. Up until now all the changes were saved and file was up to date in no time. Today our full team received the following error:
We tried other files to modify, but received the same error. Created a new folder, uploaded a new excel file, but again received the same error.
What could be the problem?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble editing your files via Excel online. We have a few tips that may help:
- Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Try logging in to your Box and edit using excel online using different browsers and see if it makes any difference
- Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser and see if this fix that issue for you.
