Misleading UI, thought I was purchasing Monthly NOT ANNUALLY
The UI was very misleading and I thought I was purchasing a Monthly subscription, not an Annual one and I got charged $120 upfront, to my shock. I want to convert my Annual subscription to a Monthly one. Please help me fix this.
