Need help canceling Box

Avoid this service.... they make it absolutely impossible to cancel. 6 months of failed attempts and no effort on their part to resolve.

 

nore... billing is always closed.

    I went ahead and created a ticket for you so that a Cancellations associate can help with your request to cancel.
