    It seems that there is still an old Box Drive being recognized by your machine. Can you please try to uninstall Box Drive and re-install it by following the steps on the links below and see if this will resolve the issue?

    I just bought a new MacBook Pro and am having the same issue.  Please help. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling many times.  Did not work.

    Same here, with the Macbook Air. I think a Box update will be needed to work with the new M2 Chip perhaps.
