Cannot Change My Email Address
Following the instructions I've read on this forum does not allow me to change my original email address. On my screen where I should be able to add another email address there is only a link to upgrade my account. I have an Individual account and do not need or want to upgrade at this time. I do not want to lose any of the documents I have in Box by experimenting with a new account or anything like that. Can you help me change my original email address, please? BTW, I must change my email address because my ISP and email provider is out of business and has given me a one year grace period to get a new address, which I have. Thanks!

If you need to change the Primary email address linked to your Box account, please follow the steps in this article:
Basically, you need to add another email into your account and once you have already linked and verified the secondary address you will see the Make Primary button to make it your primary email address.
