    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If you wish to search for a particular phrase or word within the content of your files, this is supported through our "Full-Text Search" feature.

    Currently, this available to Business, and Enterprise plans. If you are on any of this type of accounts, you should be able to  search text within documents such as the word "dementia"
