Chrome - Share Link Doesn't Open On First Click

    Can you try these troubleshooting tips to see if help improve your users experience?:
    • Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when opening Shared links
    • Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser/s
    • Please make sure that 3rd party cookies is enabled in your browser

    Thanks I tried, let me add some further clarification. The link actually loads to the Box.com Foler/site. But if I click on a file, then I get an error:

    "We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please refresh the page"


    If I hit refresh it loads. If I copy the link and go to another browser or chrome then it opens. It is easy to work around but the users complain that it annoys them. I tried disabling addons, etc and so far have not found the culprit. They tell me it used to work fine and this just started a few months ago. If I change the default browser to Internet Explorer (Just for testing) then it works fine.
