    Ditto on the above; Box has changed this feature it seems in recent past as there was always a way to submit a ticket when messages regarding incorrect storage amounts popped up.  Now there is a circular problem as described above.  Please fix this immediately.  I / we are paying customers for online storage space we don't have access to.

    I think I'm done with Box and will have to bite the bullet in order to find a better file storage and transfer option. Any recommendations other than Dropbox?

    I need to open a ticket, but it looks it is impossible at the moment, I can't find any menu for that. From BOX our overtime document has been deleted for an unknow reason (nobody deleted this file from our team). And now we can't prove our overtimes. 
    Please answer how can we open a ticket about our issues?

    It's sad that in this period they care so little for their customer. We'll need to look for an alternative solution and drop box.com forever. You'll be losing more than gaining, guys with this approach

    Not sure if this works for everyone, but it looks like you can get to Box Support at the link below:

    support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    It took me a lot of digging to find it, I see a live chat and phone option as well. It does require you to sign in to view it, so not sure if it's only an option for paid accounts or not. Hope this helps someone!

    Brandon's link above works for me (and I don't pay Box a fortune every month). I successfully submitted a ticket. Hopefull it doesn't go to neverland.

    I did a little testing and created a free Box account, that link only shows the Box Community link after signing in with the free account. So unfortunately it looks like only paid accounts (not sure what tier) have access to Box support features, but they should be there if you are on a paid account. Hope this helps someone.

    my account is not a free account - I have been a paying customer of Box for over a decade now, never having been late on a single monthly payment - and when I sign in, all that comes up for me (when I go to the link you provided) is the "Box Community" option. it looks like Box have my account designated as a free account, despite the fact that I pay them every month to use their system. thanks anyway, though.
