    I tried the link in that article for Box Support and it sends me here AND NOT to a location for you to run the script on my account.

    My account is 17339261. Please update the space used, it should be zero and you are reporting 17.1GB. I did do an upgrade for more space for a specific project that has ended so I cancelled the upgrade. That was more than one full month ago and the stats are still wrong.  It appears that you keep files in the account for a period of time after they are deleted from trash. I figured that time period would be 30 days, but that is clearly not the case. Please correct my account stats so I can reuse my account. Right now I cannot use it with paying for an upgrade that I do NOT need at this time.
