can't contect to desktop Box
I tried to log in to my desktop Box, but it always reminds me of the following information "Verify that you are connected to the internet and then click Retry. If you continue to see this message, contact your administrator to verify if it is a network issue. If not, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue." Do you know how to solve this problem?
