When I try to update my credit card information, I get the following error message and cannot upgrade.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    This will require our Billing team to work directly with and may require specific account information.  
     
    It seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with Billing though, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.

    This error is a joke.  Its happened to me now twice (both annual renewals).  Fix your website.  I am now queued again for a ticket with support.. no phone option either?
