    I have the exact same issue. My fully synched folder on my hard drive shows 4.93 GB are used whereas the web UI claims I'm using 33.7 GB. Makes no sense and there's no way to drill down to what the supposedly 33.7 GB are used ;-(

    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm going to run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
