I can't save the settings to receive Email notifications

I wish to receive email alerts when there is a file uploaded to my box account. However, when I select the options to recieve email notifications in the settings menu and click the 'Save Changes' button. I get a message saying 'Sorry there was a problem saving the settings for this folder'. Please can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  As per checking, you only have a collaborated folder. The error you received is expected since this is not your folder.
