Missing Files/Folders

Last week my company added me to the company Box account and now I am missing some of the folders/files I had originally had. Is there a way for me to get these back or speak to someone at Box directly?

Please provide us with the following information to help us investigate the issue and locate the missing content:
1. The name(s) of the missing content.
2. Who owns the folder in question where the content was located? Please provide the email address of this user.
3. When was the content deleted or when did you notice it go missing? Please provide us with a time frame.
Please note that we only guarantee the retrieval of content up to 14 days after deletion from trash.
