Box Sign on Safari
AnsweredDear Sir, Madam,
Box Sign works excellently on platforms like Chrome and Firefox.
However, on Safari, it fails to send out mails. The website registers signatures and updates this on my laptop and those of others too, but it does not send out an e-mail with a signature request to my colleagues, nor does it send an e-mail confirmed I signed something.

Please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and see if that would fix it.
Safari (Mac):
- Click on the Safari menu > Preferences
- Navigate to Privacy
- Click "Manage Website Data..." under Cookies and website data.
- Click Remove All
