Same problem. How do you create a support case?

 

Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue.

  For Starter and above users with tech issues and inquiries they can create a ticket for Product Support or you can head directly to support.box.com.

  received a message box could not update and logs were sent.  creating a support ticket
