I am a co-admin and cannot edit some users.

  Hi there, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Please confirm if you have permission to edit your managed user's settings.

  Here's how to check: 

  • Login to box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Users & Groups. 
  • Hover over to your profile and click on it.
  • In Edit User Access Permissions, under the Co-Admin section see if the files and folders is checked.

  If not, please reach out to your Main Admin to help you modify your Co-Admin permissions.

  None of the option in that section are checked. Thanks for this. I will have the Admin grant me all those check boxes.
