Box iPad app has the share icon disabled?
AnsweredSince a week or so the iOS default share button within the box app on my iPad is disabled. The same button on my iPhone works just fine. Is there a bug which is being fixed?
Thanks in advance!

I stumbled upon a workaround for my problem and this is the closest support question I have found to my issue so I thought I would post it here. I have been looking everywhere for how to add the Box app to the iPad share sheet in safari but couldn’t find it anywhere. Every post on the internet which tries to answer the question with answers beyond how to rearrange share sheet apps says that only the app developer can add the app to the share sheet. And we see by searching Box support that they don’t think it is needed. I found that I can get close to what I wanted by going to the share sheet in safari and selecting “Print” instead. Then when the Print window opens then select Share from there and now you will find Box as a choice. Viola! The file is now in Box. Hope this helps someone.
