Uable to delete user

When I try to delete two inactive users I get a red error "Unable to retrieve user information please try later"   Trying later produces the same result.

 

I also don't see where to open a support case about it.  Please can you help

  You may try to use your alternate browser and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies to delete your users. 

  If the issue persist, please open your support ticket here.
