Unable to create Sign template

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Did you follow these steps in creating templates for Box Sign? If yes, can you use your alternate browser or/and clear your browser's cache and cookies then try again? 

    If the issue persist, we strongly recommend to contact our support team and create a ticket.

    Thanks Rona.  Yes, I followed the instructions and tried three different browsers, Opera, Firefox and Chrome.  All resulted in the same error, a pink box with an X and Not Found.  I'll create a ticket.

    Today I discovered that if I Chose a file from Box rather than drag and drop from File Explorer, the template creates correctly in every browser..  I've been working with tech support on a resolution and stumbled on this during the process.
