Access Issue with Shared Video Link on Box.com
AnsweredI hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with accessing a shared video file on your platform and kindly request your assistance.
A staff member from The University of Texas at Dallas shared a video link for a New Graduate Student Orientation with me. However, when I tried to access the video using my UTDallas account (HXF220014), I received the following message: "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you."

I have already contacted the staff member who provided the link, and they were unsure of the reason for this issue. They suggested using the slides instead, but I would still like to access the video if possible.
Could you kindly help me resolve this issue or provide guidance on how to access the video?
