Storage Limit

Our team is currently subscribed to a 100GB plan. However, BOX keeps showing that we reached our storage limit despite uploading very small sized files.

You may want to check the folder you're uploading your files into. Is the folder your owned folder or just collaborated with? If it's the latter, please make sure that the owner has enough storage to house new contents in his/her folder.
Note: Please be informed that your folder's ability to house contents varies depending on the folder owner's storage limit.
