My account has been reduced to 15 GB from 20 GB

Today I installed the box Android app because I got a popup in the web interface telling me that if I were going to do so my account would get 5 GB of space more.
My account has not been shrunk to 5 GB rather than increased.
My understanding is that there is a bug. My account is a free plan with 20 GB because I applied a voucher code in 2012 that I received when I was at a conference in London.
Please, return back my account to 20 GB of space if you don't want to grant me the 5 GB, but don't take them out.
