Files are not synching in Box drive

I installed the box drive through the [SyncMSI64] file but the only file that are synced is the [Get Started with Box] PDF. I already tried to delete and install everything again, but it doesn't work. I even reset Box Drive on Windows but to no avail. Any idea what it could be?

Hi Rona!
My Windowns version is Windows 11 Home Single Language and the Box Sync version I was trying to install was (supposedly) the latest available version of the box drive that I downloaded from here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697194-Installing-Box-Sync
But I was already able to sync the files on my desktop, using an old Box file [Box-x64] I had on my old computer. Unfortunately the current download options in the store did not work on my computer.
