I can't see files my co-workers uploaded to a box folder
AnsweredI'm being invited as an editor in a shared box folder.
For more than 1 year, I've got no problem accessing all files in that folder.
But, today, I found that I can't see all the files created after Apr 14 2023 onwards neither in box drives nor online.
Already tried the following ways but didn't work:
+ Asked the folder's owner to invited me again.
+ Log out/ log in my account
+ Uninstall the box drive app in my computer and re-install.
Can you please help me to solve this problem?

Please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Use a different browser, network connection or/and machine.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, here are the steps.
- Make sure your browser's up to date.
