Submitting a Support Request to transfer personal account to Enterprise
AnsweredHi, I have an existing free personal account with Box, and my employer wants to add it to their Enterprise account. Box Enterprise support directed them, to direct me, to submit a ticket about this. But I have a free account - I can't submit a ticket. Please advise. Thank you.
