Files not showing up
AnsweredMy client has uploaded a number of files to Box, but I can't see them on my end in either the web app or the desktop app. Please advise?

Please try these basic troubleshooting steps:
- Log out and log in to your account in the Box website.
- Use a different browser and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies.
If you can't find it, you might want to check back again with your client and make sure you're both at the same exact folder.
