Uploading is Still Broken

Using up to date Mac OS with Safari and Chrome browsers, can't upload a file.  This is the error message:

"Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again."

Box support's approach is to point me to link to make sure that I'm uploading properly.   This is not helpful as I'm am uploading properly.   Instead, Box support should troubleshoot a problem on their end.
