Issue in opening BOX Account
AnsweredUpon log in to box account we can't find all the files in it. Then when we clicked the GO TO ALL FILES tab it directs to 2 step verification in which the account have it already. Also, tried to refresh the account but still no changes happened. We even tried to go to account settings but the webpage is blank.
