    Hi Braden, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    In order to free up your license(s), you must permanently delete user(s) and once it's free, you can go ahead and add new user(s). 

    And you can accomplish this by reaching out to your main Admin.

    Hi Rona,

    Thank you for the suggestion.  Our Admin does not have the bandwidth to perform these steps and the Co-Admins were having issues trying to delete users/add new users.  Is there another workaround that I could try?

    Box Team,

    I am an existing user, but have been offered a license from my employer.
    IT has tried to add me to their list of licensed users, but is says that it is unavailable because I am an existing user.
    Is there another work around?
