Re-assign Licenses
CompletedHi there,
I need assistance re-assigning BOX licenses from former employees to current employees. I have a spreadsheet indicating which users should be removed and which should be added, I just need a ticket opened up. Can someone please help?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
In order to free up your license(s), you must permanently delete user(s) and once it's free, you can go ahead and add new user(s).
And you can accomplish this by reaching out to your main Admin.
