I am logging in using and unable to access - https://app.box.com/folder/112322391983 and it's attachments.

  It appears that the folder you're trying to access is owned by a different Box user. Please reach out to the folder owner and have the user to initiate to share this folder to you. Doing so, will grant you an access to this particular folder. Also, the folder owner could share the folder as a shared link or through collaboration invite.
