Wrong usage space

I have again the problem that the used storage number is wrong.
There are about 5-10 GB of data in my account but it shows 58GB of 50GB used.
The used data was wrong before but no big problem because there were still 40GB free. But then the error went worse when I moved a folder with about 30GB of data that I just uploaded.
The used data display went from 43GB to 73GB. It just added the amount even it was only moved. The data is now deleted.
Please run the script again. Is there anything I can do to avoid the error?

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
