Storage used not properly showing

My account is running up against quota issues, but I know the amount showing is not properly reflecting how much storage I'm actually using. Could you please make corrections as you have already done for me multiple times before ? Thanks in advance for your support.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
