Incorrect storage usage or number of files in My Account
AnsweredEven if you delete unnecessary files in the folder managed by this account and there is about 1GB in the folder, the storage capacity of 6.4GB may be used. Can you please take measures so that the storage capacity is displayed normally?

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
