Unable to login
AnsweredHello,
I was able to login to my support however, the company I uses works through box. When attempting to login I receive messages stating "unsupported request from server", "unable to login", or the loading circle keeps spinning until it stops and nothing happens.
I have attempted to reset my password but the text and email links never send. I have contacted my company and they don't know what the issue is either as everyone else using Box isn't having problems.
