I need a folder added to my profile to upload/transfer files

Work for Planation Village LCS and use 'Box' to transfer payroll-kronos files to import into HCM (payroll cloud provider). The person prior to me (I am new) had a folder called Plantation or Plantation Village that they would load the file into Box.
