Storage is wrong
AnsweredHow do I get my storage numbers corrected? It’s showing up incorrectly. I’m using about 15gb out of 100, and it’s showing that I’m using 107 out of 15gb. Please run your script on my account.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
