My account storage space is incorrect

My account storage space is incorrect. I have had this issue in the past and a support person ran a script to correct the problem. Could the script be run again for my account?

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
