Old account - need to change email address

    Hi there, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help update your email address! 

    You may follow these steps below: 

    To add an email address:

    1. Click Add More Emails.
    2. Enter a valid email address.
    3. Click Save.

    An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.

    Important

    For security purposes, the verification email for Admin and Co-admin users will be sent to their existing primary email address, not the newly entered email address.

    To make a secondary email address your primary email address:

    • Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.

    Thank you for answering, but where do you click "add more emails"? When I go to my account page there is no option to change or add emails.

    Also, it is not going to be useful for me to do this if the verification goes only to the old email address because I no longer use that email and do not want to log in to that account (because there are probably millions of junk emails in there by now). There is no admin on this account other than myself.

    PS - I just went into my account again and tried clicking on "link personal email." The system did not allow me to add a different email address. I don't see any other selections that relate to adding or changing an email address.

    I noticed in the community sections that many other users are having this problem.
