Innacurate storage count, now cannot sync
AnsweredHey Team, Kindly run a "script" to reset my storage count, now showing nearly double the true amount. I've been unable to sync Box for several days because it wrongly claims I've exceeded my storage limit. Many thanks!

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
