[Locked out of account] 2FA code asked but never setup

I'm the Security Officer of my company, and one of my colleague is being asked for a 2FA code, but never set it up.
It happened to me, and had to follow a process with many exchanges with the support to assess my claim and get my account back.
I'm creating this ticket so that my colleague could maybe follow the same path, or a simplier if you have it.
I couldn't find a way to create a "real" ticket, I'm available to give you the login of my colleague's account anytime by email or in the context of a support ticket.
